What if we don't have the size you want?

We’re a creative bunch, and we realise you are too. If you’re looking for a blackboard piece to fit in a gap under the stairs, or just under that kitchen shelf as a shopping lister, we recommend ordering one of our panels and using the cutting lines on the back of it. Each panel comes with grids to make it easier to fit into your DIY space.

What if I am doing something a bit bigger than usual?

We are happy to work with people who are creating a masterpiece for business or pleasure. We can provide custom pricing for your project and provide advice on installation.

How do I get my sticker to stick?

Our stickers have instruction guides on the back, but just in case, here is a step-by-step guide on how to DIY:

  1. Clean the surface where you want to sick.
  2. Remove one side of the sticker from the base paper.
  3. Stick the side to the chosen place.
  4. Press the sticker to completely adhere to the place when tear off the base paper gently. While doing so, we recommend using a ‘scraper’. This can be a credit card, book, or something that will firmly remove any chance of bubbling while placing the sticker.
  5. After completed smooth the surface of sticker and squeeze out the bubbles.
  6. Create your masterpiece.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We only post to the Netherlands at the moment, and to be honest, the Dutch mailing system is second to none.

If we are in stock (which we generally are) we have a turnaround of 24-48 hours to post our product. From their it should not take long for the postman to find your place.

If you are placing a custom order, postage may depend on the size of order. Please keep in mind that if your order is large, our time may have to include production time from our manufacturer.

What is the most convenient way to pay?

We take most of our payments through iDEAL as well as PayPal.

If you are undertaking a larger custom project, we can send you an invoice and organise various payment means from that.

How do you post your items?

We ensure our sticker rolls are wrapped in a protective wrapper to limit any chance of damage to the product while it is in post.

That way, our products can be safe and sound in their wrappings for when you pick them up.

What if my product is damaged?

If your product is damaged upon receiving it, then please contact us immediately so we can help.

If you need to return the product, send it back within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

If you are returning your damaged item, please send it back unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

What is our Blackboard Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days unused and in its original packaging and we’ll refund the full cost of the item.

For guarantees and returns.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days to send your product back. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping. If you use your right of return, the product with all accessories and attachments should be, if possible, in its original condition and packaging and returned to the business. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after notification of your return provided that the product has been received in good order return.
